"You" is a direct reference to the user of this website and any of its related services, you are entitled to use said website and said services whilst you adhere to the aplicable Terms & Conditions of use described below.

CB Media is the exclusive owner of UkLovebug.co.uk (the website). Within this document "we" "us" and "our" is a reference to CB Media or any successor or assigned party.

This terms and conditions of use aggreement (the "agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions to your use of the UkLovebug.co.uk website and any other services offered by CB Media unless stated otherwise.

User Aggreement

This document is your aggreement with UkLovebug with respect to your use of any service we provide. By completing the registration process you have aggreed to abide by all terms and conditions detailed in this aggreement.

Right of usage

Your right to use this or any other service provided by us is subject to any limitations, condiditons and / or restrictions established by us at any time and at our own discretion.

We may alter suspend or discontinue this service or any of its constituant parts at any time without notice or liability and at our sole discretion.

Code of conduct

Usage of this service is interpreted as an aggreement by you to adhere to the following code of conduct;

If any provision of this aggreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent neccessary so that this aggreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and be enforceable. This aggreement is not assignable, transferable or sub-licenceable without our prior written consent. Headings are for conveiniance only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Modifications

We may modify this aggreement from time to time, and if you do not aggree to any modifications you should immediatly desist from any form of usage of the service. Your continued use of the service now, or following the posting of any modifications to these terms wil constitute a binding acceptance by you of this aggreement and any subsequent modifications.
